I didn't mean to love you My heart sunk too deep For everything you do I wasn't supposed to weep I was cast in by your eyes Their depth swallowed me whole Blinding me of your lies Capsuring my soul Your absence saddened me The missing words lost So far I couldn't see The toll on my heart it'd cost You weren't supposed you know About the feelings buried inside How did I let them show? I really liked the imagery in this one chica. You weren't supposed you know About the feelings buried inside How did I let them show? They seemed so easy to hide I liked this stanza especially. You don't have to hide your feelings with me, anytime. You've grown to be an incredible poet, and an even more incredible person, despite the hardships of life.
