**I know that I usually don't come to this forum, but I thought I would post this here! Hope you like it!  God Bless- Stacey**In the sun's final glare the crickets begin their song when the dawn breaks do the crickets want to go back? Back to happiness An old man stares at a photo coffee-stained and ripped his eyes well up at that sweet smile he dreams he could go back Back to happiness The little girl covers her ears the screaming is too loud she hugs her teddy bear crying, aching to go back Back to happiness Time cannot be frozen or turned back but it doesn't need to be for the happiness isn't in the past or a place or a person but in your heart so go back to happiness Today The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. ~Gal. 5:6 |

Happiness is in the heart.......for some it's DEEP within. So deep within a mesh of confusion and darkness it'd take a lifetime to probe your way through. It can be done, but hey........ Anyway I thought that it was a great poem. Saying that happiness is within the heart....very well done.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |
