Do you ever wonder why love can hurt you so bad How someone you give you heart to Can just tear it apart and leave it damaged By saying only a few little words Do you ever get that feeling for a split second A feeling of terror when a ambulance with flashing lights speeds past That inside that ambo might be someone you know Inside that ambo someone you love Do you ever think that a goodbye might be the last That a goodnight might be the last you’ll say That once that person is out of sight You’ll never see them again Do you ever find that doing something you hate Often helps someone else immensely Even though you aren’t enjoying it Someone else is very grateful Do you ever plan a romantic night And find that everything possible does go wrong When all you wanted was a perfect night Beneath the stars Do you ever watch someone at school Who is labelled different And wonder why they are so different When they are doing normal things Do you ever miss someone Even though they are sitting right next to you And you realize that nothing hurts as much as missing them And what you used to have Do you ever not tell someone How it is that you feel Just because you’re scared of what they might say So you keep it all bottled inside Do you ever question life and why you are here Do you ever question if there is a God, and if there is, then why is there so much pain There is really no-one but the one above who can answer all you ask All you have to do is have 100% faith, and know God doesn’t cause the pain, he doesn’t want it, we cause it ourselves… * never live a second without being grateful for all you have around you* |

so i was reading along with the groove.. wondering about existence and whether to do certain things or not..and i was pretty into the poem until i hit the end and that just sent my beliefs into a frenzy.. but i will not start any fights at passions.. so lets forget about my beliefs for a sec and just let me say that this was a great read..all beliefs aside..great work "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro" |

I give my congrats to anomaly's maturity. I give you congrats for writing such a wonderful poem. I loved it........I'm with you 100%.......sometimes faith is all we have.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |
