How is it that sun, so soon,
rises to compete with moon?
and all the stripes are painted, thin...
how can I start anew, again?

coral-pink,compete with grays
contrast of the better days
a staircase, that goes either way
exit out---or enter in...

oh sweet love she sings to me...
beckons, calling, trails replete
yes I walk on weary feet
and naught but faith to oil the gate.
the eerie call
of beckoning...
the wax of moon
to seal my fate.

Oh, how I love your poetic waxing ~

'oh sweet love she sings to me...
beckons, calling, trails replete
yes I walk on weary feet
and naught but faith to oil the gate.
the eerie call
of beckoning...
the wax of moon
to seal my fate.'

Slick enough to oil that gate !

Serenity,
Lovely words.  Beautifully penned.
