Look, Don’t Touch

I only look
But don’t touch
For I shook
Off love before
Cleaved away
Engraved desire
As love had lost
Any giving fire

I only look
But don’t crave
Any thoughts
Which I saved
Pain was hinged
On deep regret
Emotions singed
Scars are set

I only look
Hear the sighs
Of loving couples
And days gone by
But I don’t feel
Their deep desires
Nor feel the feel
Of consuming fire

I only look
But do not touch
Something I miss
Very much
