Through life’s eternity By Richard Maxfield 1-15-2001 Like a picture Etched into my brain Your words burn Into my heart Every breath exhaled Whispers your name Echoing through space Back into my soul I gaze into waters still Reflections I see Of your eyes Loving me Some where between Dreams and realty You were born Into my heart Beauty that is you Touches my very being Setting my love a blaze For your kiss Come my dear Dance the lover’s dance Taking flight Through life’s eternity |
