A new life begins to grow
And how happy you must be
Soon it won't be just two of you
Soon there will be three

How radiant you are
In your glowing new phase
For you don't need the sun
To shine down its rays

A little cherub we're yet to see
A gift from heaven above
I can already see how soon this child
Will be showered with so much love

Such loving parents you will make
So many good things will come your way
Oh, how you must look so forward
To your very special day

For my dear friends Katie & Jarrod.........love Sue

This is beatiful poem I'm sure your friend would love this.

Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning.

Hi Sue: I was just looking at pictures of a new great-grandson before getting on line, so your poem really struck a responsive chord. What a nice poem and I hope your friends treasure it!
