Muse of Darkness in my hour of need I turn to you the light no longer holds promise for me it has taken much from my heart the wounds are such that the pain is too much for me to bear to show in you I can hide in you I can heal your words are of life your songs are of love in you I can learn in you I can love Muse of Darkness in my hour of need I turn to you cover me in the shroud of your spirit hide me from my world full of anger so that I can be alone in your heart and I can be with you in your cold arms in you I can feel in you I can touch your hands give me strength your lips give me calm in you I can be in you I can love Muse of Darkness in my hour of need I turn to you -------------------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |
