This is dedicated to D Q < !signature-->Your Seduction Technique Needs Work You say all the right words and in all the right way And I admit for a while you held my heart in sway But I don’t believe you really understand loves’ name Or that truth and fidelity are not some childish game For if you did you’d see the damage that’s been done And the words that killed love came from your gun How many times are you going to fire off truths’ blanks? Well I’m sorry Pal but this heart says not for me thanks You seduce each heart with the touch of a satin sheet And the way the ladies fall for your charms is quite neat But how many ladies do you think will wait in your line While you pretend innocence saying please one at a time If you attempt to keep more that one person on a string Sooner than later my dear friend a warning bell will ring And although no one expects commitment straight away We do expect loyalty that lasts longer than a single day Has no one explained that saying the words isn’t it all? Love has to have some real meaning before we will fall It’s okay to play the field and to be flirty and rather light But we’d be more willing if it wasn’t just for the night Women are the strangest creatures we dislike tasting lies There’s no sadder sight to us than when the truth dies A man who compliments us, and makes his words shine Admittedly he’s desirable but the truth would suit us fine This is just a friendly word of woman's wisdom, take advice For when you flatter us and flirt don’t put truth in a vice Try thinking what you really wish to be the result of this Are you after our hearts or just a light and flirty little kiss? Kari love, thank you so very very muchly dear heart, and it’s all thanks to my wise and wonderful phoenix sisters. And I even quite like it, it’s not venomous, it’s not bitter, it’s just greatly relieving to get the weight off of my shoulders. A poetically perfect way to vent the negativity. Who of us sees ourselves as others see us. Take care love Mushy Sven love, thank you dear heart as always a wonderful reply. Normally you know I’m as gentle as a kitten, but get me angry and my do my true colours show through love. And I never think I have much of a temper really. But I must have love, because it’s showing through now. Take care love Mushy Circe love, I know he’s not worthy of me, which is why he’ll never have the chance again. My eyes are open now and I’ll not be going down that road ever again. Thank you so much love Take care love Mushy LL love, thank you very much love. This is one of those poems that I needed to post. As I said to Sven I rarely get riled or angry, and if I do it’s not normally for long. However if I ever really get angry then it’s not wise to stand in my firing line. Sharon love, thank you, I agree actually, I think it should go out as a warning to all. A bit like health warnings on cigarettes, you know the danger and it’s up to you whether you listen. But at least you’ve been warned. Thank you so much love, I do appreciate you saying that it is a great job.
