Field of Dreaming

Cascading brook flowing ever so gently
Through fields of newly dressed blossoms
Crisp sweeten air swirling to windy dance
With sounds of singing spring hatchlings
A field of dreams bearing glade tidings

Mother earth setting stage for dreaming
Welcoming those venturing her domain
Offering precarious minds a pleasing palate
Clearing troublesome thoughts away
Refreshing the mind, attuning to her beauty

No boundaries inhibiting your desires
She inviting you to open heart wide
Giving chance loving overtures mingling
Basking in repertory of perfumed balsam
Your task wander dream state without charge

Stage set, what shall be your moving emotion
Given the exchange of beauty and free’ness
Shall your inquisitiveness move peacefully
As did Mother Nature so freely in earthly stage
Guided by natural heart felt desires reward abounds

Nature in Her splendor no matter the season
Stifles not imagination therefor no limits to time
Human weightiness always aboard with claiming
There lies opportunity to bask in undaunted mindset
In fields dreaming of fragrant balsamic treasure

Nature provides escape-offering life’s laden load relief
If desire given chance to birth and heart so inclined

I could never resist a poem or a painting of nature and you have given both in this piece of yours. Splendid visions and a very sincere love for the beauty of nature found in your words. Going in my library for sure to be enjoyed many times over. Wonderfully penned and not only was the imagery there but the cadence was super to say the least.

Indeed you bring the gift of nature and all her wonders to the reader. I'd love to go to a beautiful scenic place with you hon, and see it through your eyes as well as my own. To sum it up - beautiful...
