Hi, I'm feeling feisty this a.m. Lots of caffeine and not much action/activity. Cupid’s Stupid! Virginia Salter Cupid’s stupid roaming all about the earth shooting arrows, full of mirth Missing someone meant for me ignoring every ounce of plea wish he’d jump into the sea then we’d all be filled with glee! Oh, sorry, I guess not for then he’d never hit the spot of anyone, cool or hot then all love would sit and rot could not be found, could not be bought no matter how all lovers fought. So go ahead you lovers merry chocolate, flowers will you carry to the guy or gal of dreams merrily up your lover’s streams, I’ll just read the evening news while I nurse my lonely wounds. Don’t worry your pretty head about me, I’ll be fine, you wait and see. © February 10, 2001  |

Thanks, both of you! Um, ATelamon, my name's the same, what do ye mean? Oh, and by the way, this really is just in fun, I've been without since '81, well really it's since '83 but that didn't rhyme, my dear, you see. So now I'm getting less and less used to it. ;o} |

I'm curious how many of you remember the song: "Stupid Cupid"...a line in the chorus... Stupid Cupid, stop pickin' on me! I always enjoyed that silly song. Thanks for reading and commenting, you're the best! |

Eau Contraire, I love Valentine's Day! I wear a derivative of red from Feb. 1 to Feb 14. Love is the most precious emotion on earth! I was just having fun with the cupid idea. And does anyone know why my old man stopped rocking? |
