I'm so tired I should sleep
But something's keeping me awake
The creaking floorboards no longer creak
There's only so much quiet I can take

Take a moment, just relax
Shut my eyes, green and blue balls
Send out a rather important fax
Count the flies on the wall

Chilly kitchen lilnolium floor
Coffee left over from mother
Hold my chin in my hands, I'm bored
Think about waking up tomorrow morning
Oh brother!

We see them come.
We see them go.
Some are fast.
And some are slow.
Some are high.
Some are low.
Not one of them
is like another.
Don't ask us

a most unusual title, I too, enjoyed.

Joy, nice to see you here!  Don't you just hate it when you know you need to sleep and your mind won't turn off?  Hope it's sweet dreams next time.

To love another person is to see the face of God.

Apprehending tomorrow
as toil slave to sunrise
or the clock which whirls
this modern world to existence

To be bothered
to greet the day
all have said
dawn and dawn again

Hi. Glad you all liked this. Just a quicky. And I was tired the next morning if you were wondering.

And make us loose the good we oft might win
By fearing to attempt.
