The flicker of the flaming light
Casts shadows on the ceiling
I want so much to make it bright
The way has no revealing

A scream out loud
That has no sound
The want for love
That has no bound

The rain that falls so carelessly
An echoed sound like in some dream
Where life can always turn out right
No misdirection on this flight

Please take the match
And light my flame
In silence I will still remain
The essence of a lover’s heart
Deserving all for which I've fought
To pass along each day.

Great write and especially liked the above verse.  The flow was excellent and the Title nothing short of "Perfect"

I really liked the form and the flow of rhyme here...and the loneliness just aches off the screen here...very, very nice, Rich!
