Inspire me… to paint Picasso nights < !signature-->Play me… under a sprinkling of stars Stay with me… heaven smiles upon us angel souls... Free me… to flow selflessly Cleanse me… by the surging river Blend with me… as endless tides ever moving... Warm me… stoke embers in my heart Thrill me… aside a blazing fire Fulfill me… raging ever-warmer loves inferno... Lead me… to create sensual snow angels Meet me….in the freshly fallen snow Complete me… fated to the earth… eternal storm... Love me... time stands still... I am not sure about Picasso as a choice of refernece, he was not really into scenic painting, just ranting here, sorry that is the art student in me coming out.... other than that, a very beautiful poem. loved it. Hey, Picasso nights work for me. Full of the swirling masses of lost time that one finds themselves in when in love's trance. This piece was a very powerful and majestic walk through the inspiration you speak of. I am so very glad to have found this one tonight. |
