There Is Nothing Left.

Pictures on the wall, frames lopsided
Empty chairs, bed sheets dusty not removed
Shoes on the porch, unentered
Months, years, have been and passed

A moment comes to mind, when we were two
Laughter, and smiles, dances in the corridor
Kisses and cuddles, falling to the floor
Days gone, never to return, in memory they do

The bird cage is empty, the kennel too
The swings has not moved, except in the wind
Yelling and screaming, voices of our children
Sunday morning, walking free by the creek's levee

My sweet baby, you left me so lonely
I sit here every day, watching time go by
I have nothing left now since you left me
The tears I cried as the flowers covered you
Drowned me into the loneliness I now endure

(For all old men and women who suffer in solitude)

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love

*sigh* sweet man, this is so sad but true for these are feelings I have every day. Even with people all around the feeling of solitude is strong for there is not one to share the sweet beauties of life. *sigh* yes this one touches this Star's heart as I exist in solitude. Much love and hugs to you from me.

Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams. http://path2riches.com

Victoria,
Yes it is not real good being lonely. Years of happiness can turn into loneliness, in no time whatsoever. Cheers.

Startime,
I am so sorry, I hope I did not make you feel too lonely. Remember, please that I am only an email away. Hugs.

Daniel

hate it to see you so lonely, especially in this time of the year, when people need some warmth around.

you have expressed your feelings very well

Charisma,
This one was for the aged and lonely. Thanks and Cheers.

Irish Rose,
A dreadful and real fact of life and society, loneliness. Cheers.

Daniel, the flowers growing over you, left me with such a sad feeling, I know it must be very hard for a spouse to be gone, young or old, It's in times like these that we need to reach out and offer our kind words.

You have put my fears in words. It was hard to see them in print. Yet I know when it comes I will have the most wonderful memories of a love that will never stop.

Daniel* You hit poetic perfection on this!
Excellent..the sadness..the solitude...the
pain...all so acute that I had to fight the
tears...great weaving~
