In your walking, across frost,
I follow,
I’m not stalking, only lost,
Stepping in your steps lightly,
I follow,
Hearing as you hum brightly,
Wondering why you’re merry
I follow,
Listening it’s not scary
As entering into light,
I follow
The coloring of the night,
Everywhere is rainbow hue,
I follow,
Portal glows you go into
And away where I can’t go,
No follow.

Outside the inside, watching and hearing,
Inside joyful rise, singing and cheering,
And footprints walking now returning back,
Goes shadows slinking low returns to black.

We follow as long as we are allowed, and then we're on our own.  I enjoyed reading this one, as it gave me new insight!!

Thank you, Sunny1
Glad I could give you a bit of enjoyment,
We follow often times drawn by our desires.

Thank you, Interloper,
My writing is usually from my mood
And that mood is me.

Thank you, Victoria,
Form is an important part of my poetry

Gloom, I enjoy the way you put your moods into verse for everyone to enjoy.  This one made me think.....it's good good stuff.  *s*

Thank you, Gentle Spirit,
You give me high praise,
To record emotions in poetry that makes
People think is what poetry is all about.
