You made me laugh, you helped me cry
but now it's time to say goodbye
I played my games, revealed my heart
too much together so now we part.

Be well

I love a poem that hits hard & gets out..... a very touching goodbye, and a bit more from my perspective. However I won't discuss it in a public forun

Kethry, this is such a clear example of quality not quantity. Very well written, I really like this.
Take care

A poor choice that's badly made
does not win you accolades
a heart the pierced can only cry
so this is why it is goodbye.

Be well

Mark, it is so, so must it be
though I am sorry to set you all free
I'm too bound by what I see
Passions is not the place for me

Lynne, I am sorry to see your wit and style leave these graceful and sometimes humorous walls.  Please feel free to e-mail me, should you wish to talk.

dont know your reasons ...
change comes in like the seasons
go if you must , know we wish youd stay
take your time, come back and play
the doors always open, were always here
your poetry made us smile, we hold you dear.
take Care Kethry...
and remember....
the same door you leave thru will let you back in

I shall indeed be sorry to see you go, as with all your work you do it in style.  Take care!

This makes me very sad, I too almost left because I wanted to study poetry.
What I didn't realize is that here, I see the heart and soul of it more than any textbook.  Take care of yourself and you can always come back!

Kethry,
