dream child-
ever elusive...
will i ever know
your smile-
your laugh-
the touch of your
tiny hand in mine

what do you look like-
i wonder...
it doesn't matter-
you're beautiful
in my eyes

my child...
my dream-
how i long for the day
when i will hold you
in my arms...
i love you,
sweet baby...
i miss you

Good evening vlraynes,
This writing that you have done is very touching and tender. The sweetest I can also sense. Very well done.

Oh Vicky, you've expressed this so beautifully. Such tender and sweet emotions flow through these lines ... you touched my heart more deeply than you may know with this piece. Sigh ... just lovely!

Vicky,

So soft and sweet.  A hint of sadness in there too.  Nice writing.
