When we share hearts in loving bond
As deeply as sea’s clash is loud;
Smooth motion over obstacles~
Together~ flows with hands clenched proud.

When cool dawn brings no balmy sun
And rough storm churns skies overhead.....
Attempts to strike its lightening rod,
Unravel ropes to baring thread.....

Clasp tight; grasp firm, with arms console,
Secure my warmth into your strength.
Put thunder's scare to respite quake,
Dry soulful clouds; make short their length.

When we share hearts in calming bond,
Our fears lay quelled, fall underdressed.
When we make one, the siege abates;
Life's worries fade to nothingness.
