The Worm

Squiggling around
Playing in rain filled puddles
Wiggling delight

Umm.. the tadpole one might have to wait!

Bird comes and sees worm
worm squiggles deep in the ground
to save slimey butt

VERY QUICK OF YOU AND VERY CLEVER

Tadpole meets the worm
in puddle of rain once here
they exchange numbers

worm goes to it's home
and mother sees the number
worries of outcome

tadpoles mom sees same
no way to that slimey worm
they will give you warts

worm wriggles and pouts
leaving out a whine to mom
I love the tadpole

tadpole frowns and cries
wiggles his tail and mumbles
I don’t care bout warts

The tadpole and worm
They squirm and inch their way back
To shallow puddle

tadpole and worm love
unite in a tender way
end up on "Montel"

result of such love
gives birth to first wormpole known
now comes "Sally" with smile

gotta go but will be back

worm and tadpole shine
proud at the little warmpole
holding their heads high

moms frustrated
walk around with heavy scowls
like perfect inlaws

the odd couple frowns
wondering how to handle
the uptight mommas

(ummm.. no offense to inlaws...hehe  )

And all is as it should be in love....no restrictions of any type...just love being love in it's purest essence.  Now see what you can learn from the simplest of creatures

Aw Gee you two,
was this a private conversation, sorry to interrupt.
I enjoyed the repartee
but it's too late for me
to join in all your fun
looks like your haiku's are quite done.

It ain't over till
The fat lady sings her song
Ribet ! - frog comes on

Come on over to
My pad you little tadpole
I'll show you real warts !
