you came to me- i shut you out you offered friendship but my loneliness fell victim to doubt in my attempt to rebuild my shattered soul i failed to see the pieces held so carefully in your hands patiently you waited for me to accept them today my eyes have been opened my soul now restored takes comfort in the warmth of your friendship thank you...my friend i love you ~vlraynes "...until you have read the verse on his heart, you have not truely met the poet." -vlraynes |
