Gaze into the fire's flames See how hungrily they reach Fire has power of its own Feed it your pain, let it burn And as the ashes drift away Take back your life It's yours today Ashes to ashes, adrift on the wind Release those bad memories Feel free again Nothing can change things that have been But just like the phoenix Arise from the ashes Begin life again Pepper "I honor the place in you, that when you are in that place, and I am in that place in me, we are in the same place" Ram Dass |
