They flow When life is slow When heart fills up with sorrow When pain wants no tomorrow When there is no one to follow They can be of happiness Or, of sadness Or, for loneliness Or, in time of duress Or, when there is darkness. They come, they hurt Making us realise our weaknesses Describing our failures Turning us into nightowls Tearing us apart Leaving us to fight on Winning, we overcome. |

A wonderful, and quite accurate, poem indeed; I am deeply touched by it's relation to me and my own life experiences.
