Must it be gentle,
softly spoke,
or screamed to heaven
up above?
Must it be dash-and-circumstance--
mortal step unto God's dance?
With my heart, my soul, betrothed,
how shall I ever speak of love?

Should there be trial and tribulation?
Violins, and roses sweet?
Shivering in sweet elation?
(I long to sing this incantation...)
And all therein, the musings of--
Tell me how to speak of love...

Are there rules?
Is Law involved?
A mystery,
unresolved.
To beat of wing of a white dove--
however can I write of Love?

you just did here my dear and you did it with poetic perfection...
WOW this one is superb my girl!!
and another WOW to a read and reply from BSQ
you know your really GOOD when he stops by LOL
loved this one!!
you too, jm

Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders
And it makes me want to touch you there.
And the light in your eyes makes me feel
Like there's something much better out there
Something kind...
And I know someday I might be looking around
Trying to find some purpose
Well purpose it can't be that hard to find
As long as I've got the wind...
The wind and your love to carry me.

JC---your sweetness never ceases to move me...thank you luvie, you brighten my day--er--nights?

Mike---thank you for the high compliment--methinks---love to you--and don't you dare cringe when I am sincere....

JM--m'twin---I wish you twice the ecstasy I have--though half is more than enough.  Hugs

Devina--love you lots, sweet sister mine...
let us just let it happen...

Mom-----special to my heart--you understand
        EVERYTHING---for that I thank you.
