Something amazing happened to me today that I want to share with you all!  I always thought that I was saved That I always had the Lord I had heard the stories of His resurection Until they made me bored But I learned something new tonight Things aren't as they seem I always thought that I was saved But I was living in a dream Ah, church, I didn't want to go But it is Easter day I really didn't want to go But I went anyway Something happened at church tonight I saw the one true light For the first time in awhile My future seemed so bright Then I opened my heart to Him And I let Him in again Then He came right in And removed all my sins A weight was lifted off of me tonight I knew there was nothing to fear And I was laughing so much Even through my tears And all the pain and suffering Even the pain from him Was taken from me forever And I feel like a child again I know that I'm only human I will make mistakes, I'm flawed But I know now, for sure That He'll be with me, through it all What a wonderful Easter gift There's none better on this earth Than knowing He was born again And having your own RE-rebirth!
