Morning solitude
pale moon shy in western sky
dreams meet attitude

Morning attitude
cannot wait for night to come
Dream Weaver, greet me

Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

i liked this esp the first haiku in which "solitude" and "attitude" rhymes!   ")

Morning sun rises~
Eager wait for it to fall~
Calming evening sets

Evening stars shine~
Lights too dim for my taste,Ooh
For the sun to rise!

your 2nd haiku mentioned being discontented with the morning so i have attempted to do those two for you   ")   am i right?

Kaile - a reader who "reads" into the poem...wonderful!  However, my intent was to express leaving a wonderful dream with morning's interruption...and wanting so much to go back to the dream [as you might tell, I dream a lot].  I am never discontented with a new day - but there are moments where I wish I could go back and capture the last remnants of that "wonderful dream" for mine are very real, indeed.  Your pieces are well-done [in my less than expert eye] and I thank you for them.  Sunshine...

Cerenity, thank you for your comment...

Sunshine~

Beautifully done.
So completely you have captured
the way I feel when a dream is
just TOO good to awaken from.

Have a great week, gal.
