Imagination

The imagined soft touch upon my lips
tasty as whipped cream topped strawberries
thirst quenching for an overly parched soul.

You see not my two eyes dancing your tune
spiraling chemistry boiling me over
brewed into longing from a simple glance.

Wondering how you decorate my mind
your face igniting overwhelming quivers
your eyes quickly thawing frozen ideals.

Road of silent endeavors grows intense
racing through illusionary images
lapping reality in seconds flat.

You christen my vision with true essence
a lost perplexity to sweet candied eyes
drowning for more than imagination.

Lost dreamer, wonderful poem, really beautiful.

I really loved these verses.

Wondering how you decorate my mind
your face igniting overwhelming quivers
your eyes quickly thawing frozen ideals

You christen my vision with true essence
a lost perplexity to sweet candied eyes
drowning for more than imagination.

Lost Dreamer,

Fantasy is fun, isn't it?  A lovely vision you paint here with your words.  Great writing!!

Oh I like your dreams.....hehe

It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

Ld, I so much enjoyed this piece.
Must have something to do with the fact that
"dayDreaming" is one of my favorite things to do.
Well Done!
