Once, there was an evil Queen
though unless you knew, just odd She seemed
Her daughter how She hated
and through envious acts of pride
She corraled her and She cowed her
until the child's spirit died
many years went by
sorrow chased the daughjter on her way
until once, she met a stranger
in her heart his strangeness stayed
they met and parted, met again
and quickly in love fell
not too long from that moment shared
were heard the sound of wedding bells
ahh but the poisons used by Wicked Queen
were potent yet subtle to the touch
and as the years went quickly by
the daughter didn't love so much
the strangeness of her husband
in contrest to poison stood
he fought with Light
and Hope of Right
and on the side of Good
oft he fell before the Dark
the poison toughed his side
now fighting for them both it seems
'gainst the envious ways of pride
but slowly now through heartbreak
through betrayal foul indeed
those early moments now do sprout
for those heartfelt planted Seeds
The Queen? You ask..
oh she still lives
her bitter ways still keen
but its funny, when you know Love
you can always fight off Mean
