GIRLFRIEND .... rose petals are very edible.
AND you should see them on a cake ! Stunning~

I first bake the cake ... then harvest the freshest rose petals ... then they are rinsed, dried ... and coated with a mixture of beaten egg whites ... then coated with a sugar ... when then cake is all iced ... the rose petals are placed on in a very decorative pattern .... it is a beauty to behold ! Honest Injun !
