one, to be or not alone,
with childish games
where the mind is true home.

She sleeps, so quiet and calm,
a slight flutter of wind
would bring her no harm

for, imagination will always protect
and make the unrest
colour pinkly along.

She rests as the song,
lifted clear through the air
does wink at the moon.

Look back and do stare!

Claire, this is a very pretty poem. I
love poems about the moon. It's very peaceful
and calming to me. I enjoyed reading this one, too.
