i am crushed
spinning  spiraling
falling
broken questions lie
burning their way through
    torn words
that pass from
lips and off tongues
        slapping me
as i stare
into your blank face
thoughts fly at me
crash into me
breaking me apart
like shards of glass
      teasing my heart
your hate
swirls around me
everywhere
without end
in the middle of it all
love stands
          silently
and i think
maybe i'll borrow
yesterday's smile
since i can't seem to find one
      today.

Very good indeed, could feel the pain. Really liked that part about borrowing yesterday's smile, closed everything nicely and brought a touch of optimism to the piece.
