Pristine Waters Flowing
~*Marge Tindal*~

There's a land I've heard of
where the pristine waters flow
The place of my contentment
where my ancestral Spirit goes~

It's a trip into the soul of me
that I need to often touch
The Spirits call out my name
for they need to tell so much~

And within my questing
come the voices of the past
Peace ... peace they say
it will come at last~

The Rainbow Warriors are coming
get ready for the day
When all the greed of the past
will be forgiven away~

This is the time for seeking peace
tomorrow will be too late
Come join hands across this land
Tomorrow will not wait~

*My thanks to my Bill for the inspiration*

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

I am extending my hand in peace and I am adding this poem to my library. I can feel the primal beat of your words. Very stirring!

'... The Rainbow Warriors are coming

Tomorrow will not wait~ ...'

This whole poem is so touching and rips at my heart, but the last two stanza's go beyond my vocabulary of words.

'Tomorrow will not wait~' gosh what truth lies in this sentence.

This may have been inspired by your Bill, but I can see the hand of SkyeLara in this also.

Hugs my spirit friend, Marti

MartiGirl~
You are exactly right~
Bill inspired it with questioning me about 'pristine' ... I turned it over to SkyeLara .... Bill and I were just discussing how she comes and *gifts* me~
I am so blessed~
Thank you, my friend~

Marge, I understand your reasons for staying here in the corner pub, but know the rest of the surfers would really enjoy this peaceful ride. Of course, they know how to read in here too!
Thanks for such lovely words.
Why aren't you on the ballot?????
I'd vote for you.
