We go through life...madly rushing here and there Never stopping to feel, never stopping to think There may be no tomorrow Til its too late And you have carelessly let slip away The things you hold most dear So if you only do one thing today Let it be to tell someone you care Dont let another moment pass And spend your life regretting That one missed chance That one lost love That friend you let slip away Life is too short for regrets |

You say it quite well here ... there is no mistaking any intent by the reader ... I wrote one ... not quite as clear as yours ... but I think we were on the same thought wave ....................... Labyrinth ~~~ Twilights' tendrils ... gently spreading through the shadows of our mind ~ Shadow warriors ... ever searching signs of passage that we find ~ Gentle tendrils ... slowly seeking passage to our land of lore ~ Turned away by guards patrolling defending still ... our open door ~~~ |
