Meet this heart
she does not mend,
weeps in night
that knows not end.
In fear, she shies,
from spark of singe--
blood from this heart,
ink in my pen.
Hear her wail
in death of wind,
these words of lack,
call him, but "friend..."

me thinks your trying to make me cry
and make me muse jealous...

one syllable, one line, one verse ...
your words touch like a sweet poetic curse.

*kiss kiss* me sweet...
sleep and the night does end
me loves ya

Of love well said
out of your head
In your heart

Just a friend

Very touching.

I like how such meaning in forced out in such a small sample.

Ooooh I like this Serenity. The subject seemed dark and the one syllable words and the overall structure make this flow like a dark chant enhancing the mood wonderfully.
