Life is a hard road to travel Full of bumps and detours Surprises and disappointments Joys and sorrows At times you stumble along Not quite sure of your direction Feeling all alone and in the dark And then your path merges with a friend As you meet, that sudden knowledge No longer alone, no longer afraid The road is now neither bumpy nor dark And in walking together, hand in hand Your journey becomes one of joy Let's walk together always, my friend Together, until journey's end. Nice one Pepermint! I know exactly what you mean about life's journey. Sometimes it's hard...but always worthwhile. Love is like the measles.....the older you are, the harder it hits you! |
