  Constantly out of reach.

But never touch or meet.

Still you try to defeat

YES the object is to KEEP reaching for it ALL! Never give up or stop trying. When you do... its all gone.

Oh yes, always reaching out,trying so hard, and almost never reaching. Or when you do, it slips right back to the other universe. Great poem.
