               Such lovely eyes you have

my child as blue as the sea,but I

sence a bit of sadness that noone

else can see. The many storms you've

faught against this raging world has

left you with scars hidden deep within

your pores. Inside you fight the

constant battle raging in your soul

as angry waves crash all around

pulling you deep within it's fold.

Oh but how calm you look on the

outside as carefree as the wind

                 only your seablue eyes of

                  tranquility show the danger

                 brewing within.

This is a beautiful poem, so deep. It reminds me of my young nephew, though his eyes are brown I see the same in them.

Very descriptive, you can feel the stories behind the eyes. Great poem. Welcome to DP.

So grand your words are...
My grandmother taught me, when I was little, that the eyes are the window to ones soul and those words I have never forgotten and have lived by sence then.......
Allo the "GODS" rest her loving soul.......

Welcome to Dark Passions!   This was a very lovely poem, I enjoyed it very much.  I too believe that the eyes tell the story.  Your eyes tell the sadness you have encountered, or the happiness you have within you.  Great poem and welcome again!

Peace
