If in the morning I should not wake
If God decides that on that day my breath he should take
And when you hold me and I do not respond
Then you should know that I am gone
Please no tears , please do not cry
For it was just time for me to say good-bye
It was just a matter of where and when
It was just that my turn came first my friend
When you realise it , do not try to shake me awake
For I will not raise as I am already dead
I just pray that you will remember me well
An all the memories we have inside you dwell
Strong and vivid may they be
I will pray that you will forever remember me
Now please put me down to rest
Times spent with you were times spent the best
I'll be up there looking down , protecting you
Showing you support in all you do
I hope you know that I have always loved you ,
till the end with my last breath
Forever remember this ,
Love is far greater and stronger then death

great work. i have told almost this exact same thing to my ex. here is the story, one night i was so down i tried to kill myself. and i told her not to worry that her night angel will forever look over her. well needless to say i am still around. but i will always rememebr that night. and my love for her is still stronger then death. i just wish she loved me still.

great work. very moving.
