I blossomed into a rose, With your nurture and your care, Your love kept me fed, And your warmth gave me shade, One lonely night a storm approached, First it toyed with me, Breaking me apart leaf by leaf, I hanged on to your soul, My roots hidden deep within it, I struggled and I screamed, The storm finally passed, Leaving behind its misery, Gulping the last breathe of love, I remember the start of my life, You have betrayed me now, I have wither to nothingness, As you snatch my roots from your soul, Left behind are broken promises, I plead you to stop this hurting, You fling me to the soil crushing me ceaselessly.
