Ok. I was locked out of my house for like 2 hours last night, but while walking around, I was locked into my thoughts. I couldn't escape them. So I found some old paper in my purse and wrote this. *hence the title* I must say, I got the idea for the formatting from ggrn3. Thanks!

With my eyes, I see your pleas.
Your silent cries of uncertainty.
With my ears, I hear you say you love me,
but I don't feel it, it's not from your heart.
With senses like a dogs, I smell your fear.
You're afraid you're going to lose me,
but I'm not sure I care.
I taste your kess upon my lips
but I don't feel any magic.
As you touch me and hold me close,
I realize that
what I once thought was love for you,
was really only
compassion.

I run, I fall. I walk, I sometimes crawl. I give, I take. I bend and yet somehow I break
