So afraid to let you know
about my lost, forgotton soul
or the things on my mind
that are so hard to speak of
like the torturesome thoughts
about everyday life
that always seem
to be running through
my mind.

Most of us are afraid to speak those things. Go on and speak them out. Your burdens will be lighter! No one can kill you for speaking!
And often speaking out resolves problems.

Many time the words have been sitting on the edge of my tongue..I agree better to say what we need to say. I liked this alot!!!
