"Where are you?"
Cries out the heart in chains.

"I need you!"
     It shouts, calling your name.

"Don't you love me?"
It wonders, as tears start to flow.

"Embrace me once more."
It yearns, not wanting to go.

"Can't you hear me?"
     It pleads, throughout the night.

"I still love you."
It whispers, as it loses the fight.

Thanks Denise and Marge.  No reason for this inspiration.  Guess I was just feeling meloncholy, at the time.
