If i were going to need you,
I would gladly nestle against you,
you my protective pillar of strength

Yet even the caterpillar
needs to
escape the shields
of its cocoon
sometime

I wanna be my own butterfly

Nothing wrong with flying free in a love filled with trust....wonderful verse and I would say you met the challenge well.

Yes, there is so much truth to this poem! I couldn't be truly happy with the one I love if I wasn't able to fly free once in a while!
