What is happiness?
A state which we find joy
at laughter from unexpected lips
that soothe us and lift our eyes
completing our sense of unity.
Happiness is a stage we find
where we learn our hearts and minds,
to be true to follow them
and question not their rational.
Happiness comes forth in learned estates
of long ago dreams that we all make
and weather the storms of this life
for the joy that finds us is ou right.

Now this kind of poem I like!!!  I think the simpliest things in life can bring someone great joy.  For me it is usaully a daily phone call from a friend, and I thank God for that friendship everyday.
