From the Eyes of the Moon

Stretching - yawn - grab some coffee
the night is on

I better shed some light to see what
is going on

Moonlit walks with lovers entwined
Makes me want to rise up and shine

Yes, a full moon tonight will do
So many lovers - it makes me want to croon

Oh, no what is this, a lover's quarrel?
I think I will shut down until tomorrow.

Sometimes I shine out oe'r the land
but this I just cannot stand

But, wait!

Oh, I am shameful, I am -- one couple that
ruins the other's moonlight walks
I guess I can come out awhile and turn my
back on those that quarrel.

And, hope the sun brings them love on the morrow.

From the eyes of the moon
