solitary tear
in falling dost thou hear me
wailing Autumn wind
by intoning Siren's song
I grieve thy passing moment

Thank you so much Meadowmuse. I understand about the name...people have done far worse. I take/took NO offence.

Ruth, from you, that is HIGH praise indeed. As a poet and person I respect and admire, your opinion carries great weight with me...thank you.

Best Regards,

I hear thy voice,
As winds whisper it to thy ear,
do not grieve for I am here,
Never shall fall
a solitary tear,

Sometimes it is very pleasant just to see the lady disrobed, devoid of baubles and make-up, standing there in the natural beauty of pure simplicity....like your poetry. I admire your style.

IN,
At first I was worried that I'd lost the respect of a good poet. I can sleep now.
