A holy man of a different tradition
a labyrinth to walk--transition...
     beat-heart-beat
     (spirit rattle)
     Dreamtime
     spent in BATTLE.

Kundalini--fire--kindled.
Chakras spinning, shining beacons...
I WILL to pause this ceaseless breathing
to hear the wisdom of this deacon.

Who is this man who does enchant
High Priestess of Immortal Dance?
I'd give him not a second glance,
but in one glimpse I dared perchance...
I blushed to look into his eyes.
Now All I've Ever Known is lies.

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be

Thank you Rex Allen, and I'd like to make clear that in no way did I intend to imply that ANYONE was a liar...lol.
That last line was intended to portray an altering of consciousness...(Sometimes i feel
so misunderstood...)But thanks to all.

Thank you serenity. I love this and am very pleased with what you wrote knowing what I know about it.
You have a way of saying things without actually being direct. Adds so much more to what is written and makes it a much more visual piece.
Keep up the great work am let me know when you need inspiration maybe I can do it again.

Sound to me that you ahve a wonderfully accurate muse...this was true to legend, and once having known a Shaman, yes all else is lies!  Well done indeed~
