I sense the pain of regret in this.

Sometimes saying sorry isn't enough, YOUR ACTIONS along with words will show how sincere you are, only time can heal hurt and pain...I have been hurt by this and it has took years to get over, I have a hard time trusting others because of this pain and hurt that I didn't ask for but had to deal with it anyway! hope all goes well....
