In times of sadness find your strength,
for good things come in times of sorrow.
a tear that finds your cheek today,
will make you happier tomorrow.

without these days that try your heart
and bare the depths of tragedy
the times that set our souls apart
we would not be able to see.

And when you find that you have found
you’ve walked the extent of your line.
You need but simply turn around
for even tears make your eyes shine.

Words I've needed to hear lately, Kevin.  Exellent work.

Wonderful piece, lifts my spirits

I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me."

This poem is so heartfelt, it reveals your sensitive side me thinks- nothing more romantic than that!

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...

Nicely done oh Poet Kevin,
You've certainly been blessed,
With a knowledge that exceeds your years,
This work is near your best.

Sadly some of us have tears no more,
The sparkle that's in my eyes,
Is not from tears but many beers,
I can no longer cry.

After many years of let-downs,
And screw ups left and right,
I've only got myself to blame,
For all the sleepless nights.

If you keep up this wisdom,
You show all us old farts here,
You'll grow to be a marvel,
LIke our old friend Balladeer.
