The world doesn't always treat us the way we would wish. For me the wish would be to remain here for a long long time, and that may yet come to be. For now though, it's become clear that my life pattern simply can't include PIP. I'm going to be gone from these pages, possibly for a long time. If I can, I'll visit from time to time and I may even post, but I can't count on being able to do that. Though it's not possible now, I do have hope, so I won't say goodbye. I'm no good at that anyhow. I'll just leave it at "So long," and hope the so doesn't have too many o's after it. It's been a joy, and I treasure so many of you...including some who may not think so. If I have to be missing you and the talent you share with us, I wish I could be thinking of this break as an opportunity for you to work on publishing your work. *S* But your tone is far too sad for this hiatus to have happy cause. Go if you must, my friend... but go knowing you will be so very missed... that you will not be forgotten... and that the doors are always, always open waiting your return. |

Ed? I completely understand. My family just told me that they miss me too. (I found this little oasis and stayed four years.) I too, think it may be time for me to inhabit my body again.
